Key points for Pergola Pros customers:

• Pergolas are manufactured to your stated dimensions and are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once your order is confirmed.
• Accessory items that are not made to your specification may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery.
• Inspect your goods on delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours. Defects not reasonably discoverable on inspection remain covered.
• Guarantee periods vary by model and component — see Module E. Do not exceed the published wind and snow ratings for your model.
